Our favorite Vulcan is headed to FanExpo Dallas and Fanx Salt Lake Comic Convention as they add Zachary Quinto to their guestlists.

Quinto is best known for his role as Spock in the very successful Star Trek reboot films, but his credits span well beyond that, with television roles on shows including computer expert Adam Kaufman on Fox’s 24, serial killer Skylar on the science fiction hit Heroes, and Charlie Manx on the short lived show NOS4A2. He has also appeared onstage in Broadway productions including The Boys in the Band, where he played Harold — a role he also filled in the Netflix film adaptation of the show. To round out his resume, Quinto also does a bit of voice acting with roles on shows like Big Mouth, Invincible, and the upcoming The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder

For both FanExpo Dallas and FanX Zachary Quinto is set to appear one day only: Saturday, September 18 at FanExpo and Friday, September 17 at FanX. Photo ops at both events will run $90, and while FanX has not announce a price for autographs FanExpo has them priced at $80 and we can assume FanX will be priced similarly.

Both conventions faced delays and ultimately cancellation in 2020 and are now set to take place the weekend of September 16 through 19. At FanExpo, Quinto joins stars including Christopher Eccleston, Brendan Fraser, William Shatner, George Takei, and the four hobbits (Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Dominic Monaghan, and Billy Boyd) as a celebrity guest for the event. At FanX he joins guests including Jaleel White, Amanda Tapping, Christopher Eccleston, Richard Speight, Jr., and Misha Collins among others.

We can still expect more guest announcements over the coming months. So be sure to check back here for updates as we get closer to the dates, and make sure to visit the FanExpo Dallas and FanX websites for more information and to buy your tickets.
