Over 100 Original Pieces of ‘Star Wars’ Memorabilia to Be Auctioned

Have you ever wanted to own Carrie Fisher’s Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back script? What about having your own original remote control R2 droid? Well now’s your chance!

Prop Store Ultimate Collectables located in Los Angeles, CA will be holding an auction for over 100 unique and original Star Wars items! This will be one of the world’s largest live auctions of film and television memorabilia. The auction will be broadcast live for three days, Tuesday June 29th, Wednesday June 30th, and Thursday July 1st, 2021 starting at 10:00am PDT. Online bidding is now open and can be found at www.propstore.com/liveauction. Bids can be placed online from anywhere in the world, or by phone.

Brandon Alinger, Prop Store COO, said the following in a press release about the upcoming auction: “Prop Store has a strong reputation in the Star Wars collecting community for finding rare treasures, and this year’s auction is carrying on that tradition once again. We are incredibly excited to be offering Carrie Fisher’s original shooting script from The Empire Strikes Back, which offers a unique glimpse into the actress, and future script doctor’s, thinking when working on the film. From that piece, to original lightsabers from Revenge of the Sith, and even a working R2 droid, we know Star Wars fans will enjoy their time bidding along this year.”

  • Carrie Fisher’s “Princess Leia” heavily annotated original script from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) is estimated to sell for between $30,000 – $50,000 (£21,100 – 35,200)

  • Anakin Skywalker’s (Hayden Christensen) Bladed Dueling Lightsaber from Star Wars – Episode III – Revenge of the Sith(2005) est: $40,000 – 60,000 (£28,100 – 42,200)
  • Obi-Wan Kenobi’s (Ewan McGregor) Bladed Dueling Lightsaber from Star Wars – Episode III – Revenge of the Sith(2005) est: $40,000 – 60,000 (£28,100 – 42,200)
