The green band trailer for The Suicide Squad has been released and it’s chock full of new footage!
Less than a week after the release of the red band trailer, fans are being treated to new clips of King Shark (Sylvester Stallone), Polka-Dot Man (David Dastmalchian), Ratcatcher (Daniela Melchior), and more. The trailer also gives a sneak peek at TDK (Nathan Fillion) using his powers.
The Suicide Squad follows the DC villains who are in Belle Reve prison, where the worst of the worst supervillains are housed — and they’ll do anything to get out. The group are on their way to becoming members of the secret Task Force X. The team is sent to Corto Maltese in South America and are tasked with a mission that will have the trekking through the jungle which is guarded with militant adversaries and guerrilla forces.
The film also stars Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Joel Kinnaman as Colonel Rick Flag, Michael Rooker as Savant, Pete Davidson as Black Guard, Flula Borg as Javelin, Idris Elba as Bloodsport, Mayling Ng as Mongal, Peter Capaldi as Thinker, Alice Braga as SolSoria, Sean Gunn as Weasel, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, and John Cena as Peacemaker.
The Suicide Squad releases in theaters and on HBO Max August 6.
