The CW has released a new clip from tonight’s new episode of Riverdale, “Chapter Eighty-Five: Destroyer” and Veronica and Hiram are getting into a little wager between the Bulldogs and Stallions. Check out the clip below!
In the new clip, Veronica, knowing how her father is, confronts Hiram about his plans to sabotage the Riverdale High Bulldogs. But Hiram knows how bad the football team really is, knowing that the Stonewall Prep Stallions will beat them to a pulp. Since Hiram seems so sure, Veronica suggests to her father they make a bet. If Hiram’s Stallions keep Veronica’s Bulldogs off the scoreboard, they’ll withdraw from the league. If the Bulldogs do score, Hiram will have to convince his good friend, the Commissioner and his Legion of Doom, to stop trying to muscle out the Bulldogs. Hiram takes the bet and Veronica leaves, satisfied, as well as Hiram.
