Back in January 2020, we wrote an article about the announcement of a Marvel animated series coming to Hulu’s streaming service, which you can check out here. At that time, no official date was announced for its release – until now! The series, starring Patton Oswalt as the infamous M.O.D.O.K. (Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing), will showcase the hardships of M.O.D.O.K.’s failing company, A.I.M., as well as his family life.

“In Marvel’s ‘M.O.D.O.K.’, the megalomaniacal supervillain M.O.D.O.K. (Patton Oswalt) has long pursued his dream of one day conquering the world. But after years of setbacks and failures fighting the Earth’s mightiest heroes, M.O.D.O.K. has run his evil organization A.I.M. into the ground. Ousted as A.I.M.’s leader, while also dealing with his crumbling marriage and family life, the Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing is set to confront his greatest challenge yet: a midlife crisis!”

According to Deadline, the ten episode series was created and written by executive producers Patton Oswalt and Jordan Blum. The series will also star Aimee Garcia, Melissa Fumero, Ben Schwartz, Sam Richardson, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Jon Daly, and Beck Bennett.
