Our favorite rag-tag team of superheroes is returning to our screens soon, and we finally know when!

The CW has announced the season 6 release date for DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. The upcoming season is scheduled to return on Sunday, May 6 at 8 p.m. ET, which will push Batwoman to a 9 p.m. time slot.

Season 6 will introduce a variety of extraterrestrial characters, as the Legends team up with and alien conspiracy theorist named Esperanza “Spooner” Cruz who will help the team find Sara, who was abducted at the end of season 5.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow follows a group of superheroes (and some villains!) who travel throughout history to find and eradicate threats to the timeline, some minor and many much more significant.

The first five seasons are available to stream on Netflix. Season 6 will arrive Sunday, March 6 at 8 p.m. ET, streaming next day on The CW app and website.
