Kim Rhodes (Supernatural) recently announced on Twitter that she was one of the voice actors for the upcoming video game Persona 5 Strikers.
We don’t have an official character name for her role, but in her announcement tweet (below) she describes her character as “big, blue and hungry.” This is curious, as the official game summary reads:
“Join the phantom thieves and strike back against the corruption overtaking cities across japan. A summer vacation with close friends takes a sudden turn as a distorted reality emerges; reveal the truth and redeem the hearts of those imprisoned at the center of the crisis!”
The game, which was developed by Omega Force and P-Studio and published by Atlus, will officially release in the United States on February 23 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Steam. The latest in a long series of Persona games, Persona 5 Stricker was a unique project for Rhodes, and one that she was able to complete even while in the isolation of 2020. For fans of hers, this is a different avenue than we typically see her in, but Rhodes’ excitement about it is obvious in her tweet. However, if you’re a Kim fan and gamer be sure to keep an ear out for her when you play.
