In last Sunday’s episode of Batwoman, viewers saw Ryan finally become more accustomed to her new role as Gotham’s hero, using her past experience to help Mary and Luke track down Victor Zsasz. She also made a few upgrades to the batsuit, most notably changing the red wig to one that showcases a curly ‘fro.
The latest promo for The CW shows Ryan continuing to embrace her role and help the citizens of Gotham. The promo features Batwoman’s next mission: finding children who are being kidnapped. Ryan’s passion for finding and helping the kids is already made abundantly clear, confirming this a case she won’t take lightly and also implying that it may be one that hits home. We also see a brief but tense encounter Alice and Sophie have with Luke, presumably having to do with their renewed mission to find Kate.
