‘Legacies’ Casts Omono Okojie in Recurring Role

Deadline is reporting that Omono Okojie (NCIS) has been cast in a recurring role on The CW’s Legacies! Okojie will play Cleo, a new student at the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted. Cleo is a witch that will bond with Hope (Danielle Rose Russell). Her character is described as

“Free-spirited and self-reliant, Cleo is excited to find a new home at the school, and to earn a place in its Super Squad.”

Legacies is a spin-off of The Originals which takes place in The Vampire Diaries universe. The show centers around Hope Mikaelson, a descendant of the most powerful vampire family in the world with vampire, witch, and werewolf blood running through her veins. She and all the other powerful kids attend the Salvatore School to manage and study their powers.

Legacies airs Thursday nights at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
