Angela Bassett to Appear on ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’ on January 15

The fourth season of FOX’s first responder series, 9-1-1, is almost here, and Angela Bassett will be appearing on Live with Kelly and Ryan on Friday, January 15, to promote the show.

Bassett’s character, Sergeant Athena Grant Nash, went through a traumatizing event towards the end of the previous season. After getting involved in a case about a Realtor Rapist, she goes off to find him by herself and ends up getting in a brutal attack that is heard over Dispatch. The event leaves her with PTSD, and it’s a storyline that is sure to keep going in season 4 and getting explored more.

Check out local listings to see when you can catch Bassett on Live with Kelly and Ryan, and make sure to watch the season 4 premiere of 9-1-1 on Monday, January 18 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on FOX, followed by the season 2 premiere of 9-1-1: Lone Star!
