An exclusive behind-the-scenes look on set of the first season of A Discovery of Witches is now available via the Sky TV YouTube channel! The 5-minute video features commentary from much of the cast and crew.

A Discovery of Witches is based on author Deborah Harkness’ All Souls trilogy. The series follows Diana Bishop (portrayed by Teresa Palmer), whose life as a historian changes unexpectedly when she stumbles upon a long-lost bewitched alchemical manuscript. Oh, yes, and she just so happens to be a witch — an unwilling one, at that. Joining Diana on her unintended journey is the mysterious geneticist Matthew Clairmont (portrayed by Matthew Goode), who is also a vampire. Despite the age-old taboo on the mixing of witches and vampires, the two are forced to work together and form an alliance … which eventually ends up becoming so much more.

Season 2 of A Discovery of Witches will arrive on Sky One on January 8 and Sundance Now and Shudder on January 9. Season 3 is currently in production.
