Pedro Pascal Named One of Entertainment Weekly’s 2020 Entertainers of the Year
Entertainment Weekly has revealed out their annual list of Entertainers of the Year, and the first announcement this morning was none other than Pedro Pascal himself.
Pascal is currently known for his leading role in the hit live-action Star Wars series, The Mandalorian, in which he portrays the bounty hunter Din Djarin. Though his actual face has only been shown briefly in one episode of the entire series thus far thanks to his beskar helmet, Pascal has brought immense talent to the role with a combination of his voice acting and his expressive body language. Fans can catch new episodes of season 2 of The Mandalorian on Fridays through December 18, exclusively on Disney+.
Those that aren’t as familiar with a galaxy far, far away may also recognize Pascal from his portrayal of the fiery Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones and DEA agent Javier Peña in the Netflix drama Narcos. He will also be appearing in the upcoming Netflix film We Can Be Heroes, and the highly anticipated Wonder Woman 1984. Learn more about some of Pascal’s best roles in our spotlight article Beyond The Mandalorian: Pedro Pascal, and then join us in a celebration of his iconic mustache.
