Dollywood’s Harvest Festival is back once again with some changes that promise to make this an event that everyone will enjoy! Safety measures have been implemented in regulation with CDC guidelines and other outside entities such as Covenant Health to ensure that guests have both a safe and enjoyable experience. Visitors get to experience the incredible Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee during one of the best times of the year, with bright colors everywhere you look. One of the fun new editions to the festival is the Great Pumpkin LumiNights. The festival’s guests are able to check out massive pumpkins that range from 800 to 1500 lbs. Visitors can also purchase a lower-priced pass to get into the park after 5 p.m., available online.

That’s not all! Guests also get to enjoy bluegrass and southern gospel music during the entirety of the festival with over 800 concerts set to be performed on eight different outdoor stages. It also wouldn’t be a festival without some amazing food. Sweet potato casserole, turkey legs, beef brisket, fried green tomatoes, and fire-roasted corn are just some of the incredible dishes guests get to enjoy. If you are looking for something sweeter, you can try the cinnamon bread, pumpkin spice milkshakes, pumpkin funnel cake, and more.

Park founder and recording artist Dolly Parton says:

We know folks are ready to get out and enjoy the colors of fall and the fresh, crisp Smoky Mountain air. This year has been challenging for everyone, but we hope the comfort they feel from coming and visiting us gives them that warm, familiar feeling they’ve shared with their friends and loved ones for so many years here at Dollywood. We have a few surprises planned this year, and I think everyone will agree this is that special escape ‘back home’ we all need right now.

With the amazing array of beautiful sights, activities, food, music, and more, Dollywood’s Harvest Festival is sure to be a blast for the entire family. The park is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day except Tuesdays and Thursdays during the festival. To secure some fun for the whole family, make sure to visit Dollywood’s website today to purchase your passes!
