Mondo to Release Limited Edition Vinyl Box Set For Ludwig Göransson’s ‘The Mandalorian’ Season 1 Soundtrack

In conjunction with Walt Disney Records, Mondo will soon be opening pre-sales for the premiere physical release of the Emmy-nominated soundtrack for season 1 of The Mandalorian — in the form of an 8XLP box set!
The soundtrack for the premiere season of the first live-action Star Wars television series was crafted by Ludwig Göransson, who is known for his work on films such as Creed, Black Panther, and most recently, Tenet. Göransson’s masterful score for The Mandalorian is impressive, to say the least. Fans immediately took to it after the first episode of the series premiered, and continued to look forward to what else was to come — musically — with the subsequent weekly release of the remaining episodes in the first season.
This box set is a limited edition (3,500 units worldwide), one time pressing on 180 gram vinyl. Each LP features original artwork by Paul Mann, and the box set itself comes in a deluxe heavy-duty slipcase adorned with Din Djarin’s mudhorn signet.
Pre-orders will begin Wednesday, August 26 at 12 p.m. CT., at a price point of $200 USD, and are limited to one copy per person. Orders are expected to ship in November.
