It’s been two years, but the long-awaited follow up to Netflix’s The Haunting of Hill House is almost here.

The Haunting of Bly Manor does not pick up where Hill House left off, rather, this second part of the anthology series will focus on an entirely different horror story altogether. Born from the talents of series creator Mike Flanagan, Bly Manor promises to be just as compelling as its predecessor.

Bly Manor will serve as an adaption of Henry James’ The Turn of the Screw, an 1898 horror novella that follows the tale of a governess who cares for two children at a remote estate that is seemingly haunted. This tale will not be the sole story that the season focuses on, though, as Flanagan previously stated in an interview with Games Radar that The Turn of the Screw is but one of a dozen Henry James ghost stories that they’re using, all of which are thematically linked.

In anticipation of the upcoming release, the first official poster for The Haunting of Bly Manor has been revealed. Check it out below.

Many familiar faces from Hill House will be returning to play new roles, such as Victoria Pedretti, Henry Thomas, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Kate Siegel, and Catherine Parker. Other cast members include T’Nia Miller, Rahul Kohli, Amelia Eve, Benjamin Ainsworth, and Amelie Smith.

As per the new poster, fans can expect to see The Haunting of Bly Manor hit Netflix this fall. Stay tuned for more information!
