Marlon Wayans, Bill Murray, and Rashida Jones Star in ‘On the Rocks’

Coming to Apple TV+ this October from writer and director Sofia Coppola (Marie Antoinette) is the dramedy, On the Rocks. The title clearly relates to how Laura feels about her marriage and where she is in life.

In the trailer, Felix (Bill Murray) visits his daughter Laura (Rashida Jones) and her family in New York. From conversations they have, you can tell that Murray’s character is quite the playboy. Laura feels like she is at a standstill, her husband, Dean (Marlon Wayans), goes off for business, and she is home taking care of the kids. When her dad hears that her husband goes away a lot and that Laura feels like he doesn’t want her anymore, he insinuates that he is having an affair. Felix suggests that they follow him and try to find out the truth. If his idea of incognito is a bright red convertible, then you know there is going to be laughs.

The movie stars Bill Murray, Rashida Jones, Marlon Wayans, Jenny Slate, Jessica Henwick, Musto Pelinkovicci, and more. You can watch the trailer for On the Rocks below!
