The CW to Show Reruns of Season 15 of ‘Supernatural’ on Sundays
In anticipation of Supernatural‘s impending end, The CW will be rerunning season 15 starting tomorrow, August 9, and air every Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT. The first 13 episodes of the show’s last season have aired, and five of the seven remaining had been filmed before production halted because of COVID-19.
The cast is currently quarantining in Vancouver for filming on the last two episodes, which is expected to begin on August 18 and run until September 11. The last seven episodes of Supernatural are expected to air sometime this fall on The CW, returning to Thursday nights, and Jared Padalecki’s Walker reboot is due to air during midseason in 2021. The CW President, Mark Pedowitz, recently reaffirmed the network’s commitment to giving Supernatural, their longest-running series, a proper send-off, saying that the last episodes will provide a longer goodbye to the series.
