We all know 2020 has been a time to think out of the box. With conventions around the globe being cancelled or postponed, it’s left a lot of fans itching for content relating to their favorite escapes.

ACE Comic Con was set to bring its biggest show yet to Boston back in March, and while that may not have happened, it hasn’t stopped ACE Universe from pulling out all the stops to bring fans what they want.

First, it was the autograph send-in service (ASSIST) featuring two of the most anticipated guests from the cancelled Northeast show, Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen (more info on that on their website). Then, they made a podcast. That’s right, a podcast to chat about comics with one of the biggest comic buffs there is, ACE Universe’s own Stephen Shamus.

Take a Break with Stephen features ACE founder and president Stephen Shamus, along with fellow comic enthusiast, Alex, as they discuss the latest pop culture celeb superhero news, collecting and trading those rare cards and comics, Comic Cons, and more! If you’re wondering which comics you need to keep an eye out for, this is one you won’t want to miss.

The podcast has its own YouTube channel, as well as easy access on or Spotify, along with a few others you can get on the page. Don’t forget to keep up with them on Twitter!

Check out the latest episode, episode 7, where Stephen and Alex chat about recalled comics, Ms. Marvel, and the Winter Soldier.
