Creation Entertainment has announced the postponement of its Salute to Supernatural Toronto convention, one of its two Canadian conventions for this year. Initially scheduled for October 9-11, 2020, the convention has been rescheduled to take place on August 27-29, 2021. Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and Misha Collins are confirmed for the new dates.

Although the convention will occur at the same venue, the Westin Harbour Castle, Creation has advised all attendees to cancel their hotel reservations. The links to book new reservations for the new dates will be available on Creation’s website at a later date.

If you have purchased tickets for this convention and cannot make the new dates, you are able to request a refund. Please email Creation Entertainment at customer.service@creationent.com by July 16 at 3 p.m. PT. After this deadline, ticketholders will not be allowed to submit a refund request.

As for attendees that can make the new dates, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new dates. Creation Entertainment will email your updated tickets within the next few weeks after refund requests have been processed!

Those keeping their tickets for the new dates will also be included in a few special extras courtesy of Creation Entertainment. Gold, silver, and copper ticket holders will be given access to Creation’s Special Virtual Experience, which will not be available to the general public but only available to those who keep their tickets for postponed conventions. Gold and silver ticket holders will also receive a $200 gift certificate at the convention, and a Supernatural photo autographed by a member of the cast.

While ticket sales have been taken offline for the time being, please visit Creation’s official website for more information about the Toronto Supernatural convention!
