Lone Hawk Hats, a Los Angeles company founded by musician Charlie Overbey, creates custom hats originally made long ago in the USA and brings them back to life by restyling and reshaping vintage shells by hand with environmentally safe materials.
In conjunction with UnitedNatives.org, Lone Hawk Hats is currently raising funds and awareness to directly help doctors and frontline healthcare workers on the reservation, as the Navajo Nation has the highest per capita COVID-19 infection rate in the United States with limited healthcare and running water.
In order to raise funds, Lone Hawk Hats has partnered with various celebrities and musicians, such as Sheryl Crow and Chris Robinson, to auction off their own signed hats.
The latest to join the ranks is Dan Stevens, known for his work on Downton Abbey, Legion, and Beauty and the Beast.
