Earlier this year, Lin-Manuel Miranda announced that Hamilton would be released in theatres October 15, 2021 and would be presented by Disney. Well, we have amazing news Hamilton fans! You won’t need to wait another year as Disney+ will be releasing Hamilton on July 3, just in time for everyone to watch on Independence Day!

The recording is of the original Broadway production as it tells the story of American founding father, Alexander Hamilton, filmed live onstage at the Richard Rodgers Theatre. This means that the iconic cast will include Miranda as Hamilton, Leslie Odom Jr. as Aaron Burr as well as the rest of the original cast.
