Watch: Harry Styles Takes Over NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert Series

Harry Styles recently stepped into NPR for their Tiny Desk Concert series where he performed four songs off of his sophomore album Fine Line.

Styles started off with an acoustic rendition of “Cherry” before slipping into the upbeat single, “Watermelon Sugar”. Styles described this tune as, “that initial, I guess, euphoria when you start seeing someone, you start sleeping with someone, or just being around someone and you have that kind of excitement about them”. Styles also showed his gratitude by thanking a group of fans for giving him the energy to perform. “To Be So Lonely” was next on the set list, where Styles said it was one of his favorite songs off of the album. To close out the intimate gig, Styles performed the funky tune about the initial excitement of meeting someone, “Adore You” but before he could do that, he had to joke about how the song was written about a fish he really liked.
