Smoky Mountain Opry to Showcase High Energy, High Entertainment Show for 2020

The Smoky Mountain Opry (SMO), a unique entertainment experience in Pigeon Forge, TN, will debut its ninth season on Friday, February 28. The new season will see the return of favorites and will also bring new elements to the show. SMO showcases elements of Broadway the movies, with singing and dancing that gives the show a “Vegas-combined-with-Nashville feel.”

The show offers a variety of music and dance styles, from gospel to modern country to rock-and-roll, including musical numbers from movies, and many more favorite moments. The audience will also have a blast from the past, revisiting songs from the 60s up through today’s music. High energy dancing, special visual effects and lighting, lavish and bold costumes, and talented musicians will leave the audience with an experience they won’t forget.

This year’s performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with Wednesday matinees at 3 p.m. To learn more about the show and book tickets, visit the Smoky Mountain Opry website.
