The Netflix original series Raising Dion has been renewed for season two, with production set to begin this year.
The show tells the story of Nicole Warren (Alisha Wainwright), a widowed single mother trying to raise her young son Dion (Ja’Siah Young). Life gets turned upside down when Nicole discovers that Dion has superpowers. She now has to figure out how to keep Dion safe and raise him responsibly.
The first season of Raising Dion contains nine episodes and aired on Netflix October 4, 2019 and is one of the 10 most popular series Netflix released in 2019.
