Adam Driver is the founder of the non-profit Arts in the Armed Forces, and fans of Adam and Star Wars have pulled together to do something good, and frankly, really sweet. AITAF describes themselves as “using the powerful shared experience of the arts to start conversations between military and civilian, service member and family member, the world of the arts and the world of practical action.”

Fans are doing so to honor Adam’s portrayal of Kylo Ren in the Star Wars saga, which started with Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2014.

Adam Driver’s portrayal of Kylo Ren/Ben Solo has been one of the greatest things to ever happen in the last three movies of the ‘Star Wars’ saga.

The fundraiser, which was set up by a group of fans, has only been up for two days and has already raised over $19,000 at the time of this article. According to the fundraiser, AITAF had previously had a goal of $31,000 to be raised for their 2020 fiscal year, and fans have already helped them almost achieve their goal.

It’s an incredible thing to see. (There are spoilers in the comments of the GoFundMe, so beware). You can see the GoFundMe here.
