YOU is a story about Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley), a brilliant bookshop manager who uses his smarts and the internet to get the woman of his dreams, an aspiring writer to fall in love with him.
In the first season Joe Goldberg, a bookstore manager in New York City meets an aspiring writer Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail). Immediately Joe becomes infatuated with Guinevere, which quickly turns to obsession. To feed his fascination, Joe uses social media and technology to keep tabs on Guinevere and to remove any obstacles that stand in the way of their romance.
Now in a new city with a new identity. What could possibly go wrong?
You returns to Netflix with season two December 26, 2019.
