Heads up for those attending Creation Entertainment’s Salute to Supernatural convention in the Washington, D.C. area this weekend, there have been some important guest updates!

Unfortunately, JARED PADALECKI is unable to attend the Supernatural D.C. 2019 Convention this weekend.
While we will miss Jared, we are pleased to welcome two new guests to the show: Alexander Calvert (“Jack”) and Jake Abel (“Adam Milligan”)! Alex and Jake will be appearing on Sunday for a Q&A, 30-minute meet and greets, photo ops and they will both be signing complimentary autographs for Gold and Silver, as well as for those with their a la carte autograph tickets. We will also be giving the Gold and Silver patrons a pre-signed photo of Jared Padalecki.
We’ve also added some Jensen Ackles photo ops on Sunday! More solo Jensen ops are now available plus more Jensen/Misha duos have just been added to these long sold-out items. And check out the new Jensen duo with Rob Benedict and trio with Jensen, Misha & Alex! These photo ops are in limited quantity and available on a first come, first served basis at registration!
If you purchased Jared’s a la carte solo photo op tickets (including and any duo/trio combination with Jared): Please bring your unused PDFs to registration to receive a Credit Voucher, which is good to use at the 2019 SPN DC Convention as value towards any available a la carte autograph or photo op tickets or Creation produced merchandise available on-site at the convention. If you prefer to receive a refund, please see paragraph below.
If you purchased Jared’s meet & greet, you will be receiving an automatic refund to the card that purchased the meet & greet.
If you want a refund for Jared’s a la carte photo op tickets: Please send your Credit Voucher and the Invoice Number which pertains to your Jared Padalecki photo op purchases within one month of the close of the 2019 SPN DC Convention to: Creation Entertainment, 217 S. Kenwood St., Glendale, CA 91205, Attn: REFUNDS.
