Two of the Charmed Halliwell sisters are heading to Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital this fall. It will be part of the “Cast From the Past Week” that ABC is doing when Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano will play sisters again. In the episode, Milano and Combs will have to make the hard choice of what to do when their sister is declared brain dead from an accident.

It will also reunite them with executive producers Krista Vernoff and Andy Reaser, and the episode is set to air on October 10. Grey’s Anatomy will return for its sixteenth season on Thursday, September 26.
