Every year the popular Texas magazine Austin Monthly run a “Best in Austin” deeming a variety of businesses as The Best in Austin for food, drink, nightlife, health and wellness, and more. One such category is the Reader’s Choice when Austin residents get to weigh in and name their favorite picks!
The 2019 Best in Austin Reader’s Choice list features two businesses near and dear to the Supernatural fandom. Family Business Beer Company owned by Jensen Ackles was named Reader’s Choice for Best Brewery in Austin, and San Jac Saloon owned by Jared Padalecki was named Reader’s Choice for Best Dive Bar.
Both are popular destinations for Austin visitors and we are excited to see them getting the recognition they deserve. Congratulations to FBBC and San Jac Saloon!
