‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ Renewed for Fourth Season

Blessed day, fans of The Handmaid’s Tale. The Hulu original series has been renewed for a fourth season.

Based on the Margaret Atwood novel, The Handmaid’s Tale is set in the United States, renamed Gilead, under a theocratic government run by men. The series primarily follows June Osborne (Elisabeth Moss), a handmaid who must bear children for government officials and their wives who are unable to do so themselves. Throughout the show, June navigates her life as a handmaid and trying to take down Gilead from within.

The Handmaid’s Tale stars Elisabeth Moss, Yvonne Strahovski, Ann Dowd and Joseph Fiennes. It was nominated for several Emmy awards in 2017 and 2018, including Outstanding Drama, and won several, including Outstanding Drama (2017), Outstanding Lead Actress (2017, Elisabeth Moss), and Outstanding Guest Actress (2018, Samira Wiley).
