“I feel the need — the need for speed.”

The long-awaited Top gun 2: Maverick trailer was released at San Diego Comic-Con on Wednesday. In the trailer, Tom Cruise (Mission Impossible) reprises his role as Maverick, and it doesn’t look like much has changed for him. Maverick still has the motorcycle, bomber jacket, and an insatiable need for speed. Watch the trailer closely, the piano player in the bar scene is Miles Teller (Divergent) who will be playing Bradley Bradshaw, Goose’s son.  Makes one wonder if he’s following in his dads’ footsteps. Also said to return is Val Kilmer (The Snowman) as the Iceman though he did not appear in the trailer.

The sequel to the beloved 80’s blockbuster, Top Gun 2: Maverick will be coming to theaters in the summer of 2020. Check out the trailer below!
