NBC has announced that the fourth and final season of The Good Place will premiere on September 26.
In last season’s finale, the initial experiment was renewed, but this time to save humanity. There were new arrivals, including entertainment blogger John (Brandon Scott Jones) who often targeted Tahani (Jameela Jamil) for his takedowns on Earth, and Chidi’s (William Jackson Harper) ex-girlfriend Simone (Kirby Howell-Baptiste). Simone has her memory wiped because she was brought in the experiment by Shawn (Marc Evan Jackson). Chidi, knowing he wouldn’t be able to act like he didn’t know her, has his memory wiped, too.
