Hundreds of hours worth of programs are planned for fans to enjoy and range from celebrities and experts hosting panels and exclusive reveals to gaming tournaments, cosplay fashion shows, pop culture collections and so much more.

Awesome Con has an amazing lineup of actors attending this year, some of which include Matt Smith (Doctor Who, The Crown), Cole Sprouse (Riverdale), John Barrowman (Doctor Who, Torchwood), and many more.
The Comic Guests lineup also packs a punch with Greg Capullo (Batman series for DC Comics, SPAWN), Amy Chu (Red Sonja, Wonder Woman), and many more.

For those planning to bring the whole family, the family-friendly pavilion, Awesome Con Jr, returns with more fun events planned to both educate and entertain kids and parents. Smithsonian will once again partner with Awesome Con to present Future Con, a science based pavilion highlighting the intersection of science and science fiction with tech demonstrations, experts discussions and more.
Pride Alley, a partnership with Geeks OUT and Washington Blade, will return for its third year to shine a spotlight on LGBTQ creators and fans in a more robust section of Artist Alley. There will also be special programming with discussions on diversity in pop culture.
Returning are esteemed comics publishers including DC Comics and Third Eye Comics, and they will be joined by Dark Horse Comics and Oni Press. Guests will have the opportunity to stop by their panels for special announcements and exclusives.
