Universal Orlando Announces New ‘Harry Potter’ Roller Coaster

Universal Orlando released some huge news for Harry Potter fans – a new Harry Potter themed roller coaster is on it’s way! Fans were left wondering what would happen after Universal Orlando announced the closing of the Dueling Dragons roller coaster, which is located right in Hogsmeade at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

Universal Orlando announced today that the new roller coaster will be called “Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™”.

It will open June 13, 2019, and you will “fly far beyond the grounds of Hogwarts™ castle on a thrilling roller coaster ride that plunges into the paths of some of the wizarding world’s rarest magical creatures.”
