The second half of Shadowhunters‘ season three will be released Monday, February 25. The show is based on Cassandra Clare‘s book series The Mortal Instruments and was canceled in June of this year. The remainder of the third season will include ten episodes and a bonus two-part series finale.

The Shadowhunters Twitter account announced the show’s return on November 3:

In the second half of the final season, we will learn the fate of both Lilith (Anna Hopkins) and Clary (Katherine McNamara) who are presumed dead after a battle. Clary’s real brother Jonathan (Luke Bains) will make an appearance, but will we learn if he is good or evil? Fans will also witness the continuation of the complicated and beautiful relationship between Alec (Matthew Daddario) and Magnus (Harry Shum, Jr.).
