Here we are again. We have reached the end of season 2 of NBC’s historical time travel drama Timeless and find ourselves in the same predicament we were in just a year ago.
If you may recall, Timeless was canceled after its first season and then brought back three days later by NBC after a massive outcry from fans upset over the cancellation.
Timeless was brought back for a ten-episode second season this year and has been racking up the accolades from critics and fans alike since the premiere.
Despite this, there has been no word from NBC on its renewal or cancellation so fans are making one final push tonight during the two-hour season finale to show NBC that they want a third season.
According to show co-creator Eric Kripke, the two-part season finale is also serving as a test to see if Timeless will play better at an earlier time slot, something many fans have been pushing for as Timeless has widely been considered to be a family show and the 10/9c Sunday time slot makes it harder for families to watch live.
So please, Clockblockers, be sure to tune in tonight at 9/8c and tweet your little thumbs off using the hashtags #RenewTimeless and #Timeless in support of season 3!
