It has already been announced that a Lost Boys series adaptation will get a a pilot on The CW. New leads have just been announced for the cast. Tyler Posey, known most notably for his role as Scott McCall in the MTV series Teen Wolf, will play Michael Emerson, and Kiele Sanchez, who most recently starred on Kingdom, playing Lucy, Michael and Sam Emerson’s mother.
Medalion Rahimi (Still Star-Crossed) and Dakota Shapiro (Valley of the Boom) will take on Jami Gertz and Keifer Sutherland’s roles from the original movie, Stella and David, respectively. Catherine Hardwicke will direct the pilot episode. Hardwicke is no stranger to the vampire world, having directed Twilight.
