Xbox has finally released a brief gameplay trailer during the Xbox Games Showcase for its upcoming Fable game.
The game will focus on Humphrey, Albion’s Greatest Hero *Retired, who “will be forced out of retirement when a mysterious figure from his past threatens Albion’s very existence.” While there aren’t too many details about the story yet, it looks like it will maintain one of Fable’s best strengths: that choice will affect your story.
Playground Games helms the first Fable game to release in 14 years, the last being Fable 3 that released in 2010. Fable releases in 2025 on Xbox Series X/S.
