It’s nearly time for Sam Wilson to make his official film debut as Captain America.
Today, a new trailer for Captain America: Brave New World was released. Check it out below.
The last time audiences saw Sam Wilson (portrayed by Anthony Mackie) was in the six-part Disney+ series The Falcon and The Winter Solider. The show saw him reunite with Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Barnes, and the two embarked on a globetrotting adventure as Sam subsequently came to embrace the weight of the vibranium shield Steve Rogers passed down to him in Avengers: Endgame.
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier stars Carl Lumbly and Danny Ramirez will reprise their roles as Isaiah Bradley and Joaquín Torres, respectively. Meanwhile, Tim Blake Nelson will return as Dr. Samuel Sterns (The Incredible Hulk). Harrison Ford will take over the role of Thaddeus Ross from the late William Hurt, and Shira Haas stars as Sabra.
Captain America: Brave New World will hit theaters on February 14, 2025.
