Vash the Stampede is coming back.
As promised, a “final phase” has been due to follow the 2023 anime series TRIGUN STAMPEDE, and the official title of the series was revealed during Anime Expo 2024 — TRIGUN STARGAZE!
New character illustrations were revealed during the panel as well to commemorate the first anniversary of STAMPEDE.
TRIGUN STAMPEDE‘s official synopsis:
“Vash the Stampede’s a joyful gunslinging pacifist, so why does he have a $$6 million bounty on his head? That’s what’s puzzling rookie reporter Meryl Stryfe and her jaded veteran partner when looking into the vigilante only to find someone who hates blood. But their investigation turns out to uncover something heinous—his evil twin brother, Millions Knives.”
Trigun is based on the Japanese manga series by Yasuhiro Nightow, which dates back to the 90s, including its original anime adaptation.
