‘Outer Range’ Season 2 Release Date & New Photos Revealed
Prime Video’s mysterious sci-fi Western, Outer Range, will soon be returning for its second season. Today, the streaming platform confirmed a premiere date of May 16.
A collection of stills from season 2 has also been revealed:
Outer Range follows Royal Abbott (Josh Brolin), a rancher fighting for his land and family, who discovers an unfathomable mystery at the edge of Wyoming’s wilderness. The first season saw the Abbotts coping with the disappearance of their daughter-in-law, a struggle over land ownership with their neighbors, an untimely death in the community … and an ominous black void in their west pasture.
The rest of the ensemble cast includes Imogen Poots, Lili Taylor, Tamara Podemski, Lewis Pullman, Tom Pelphrey, Noah Reid, Shaun Sipos, Isabel Arraiza, Olive Abercrombie, and Will Patton.
It remains to be seen what this new season will bring in the wake of the season 1 finale’s shocking cliffhangers and revelations.
