BAFTA Games Awards 2024 Nominations Include Continued Recognition for ‘Baldur’s Gate 3’

The nominations for the BAFTA Games Awards 2024 have been announced. Unsurprisingly, Baldur’s Gate 3 continues to lead the gaming awards season with 10 nominations, followed closely behind by Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 with nine. The two titles will compete against Super Mario Bros. WonderAlan Wake 2Dave the Diver and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom under the Best Game category.

Of course, that’s not all of the titles that have received nominations at the awards, with 40 games total receiving nominations across the 17 categories.

This year’s BAFTA Games Awards marks the twentieth of their kind and will take place at the Queen Elizabeth Hall at London’s Southbank Centre on Thursday, April 11. The show will be streamed live at 7 p.m. London time on BAFTA’s YouTube, Twitch and X channels.
