The synopsis for the season 3 premiere episode of The CW’s Family Law has been released. The episode is titled, “What Came First?”. It’s set to air on Wednesday, January 17.

Here’s the synopsis:

SEASON PREMIERE – Still dealing with the aftermath of her own divorce, Abby (Jewel Staite,
“Firefly,” “The L.A. Complex”) represents Hannah whose ex-husband left her for a man and
now wants to use their last remaining embryo – created when they were married – to start a new
family together. The episode was written by Susin Nielsen and directed by Andy Mikita (#301).
