New Trailer Released for ‘Blue Exorcist’ Season 3

Almost seven years after the release of its second season, Blue Exorcist is finally set to make its comeback next month with the Shimane Illuminati Saga. During Jump Festa 2024, a new trailer for the upcoming season was released.

Based on the ongoing dark fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Kazue Kato, Blue Exorcist follows the story of Rin Okumara, a teenager whose world is turned upside down when he discovers that he’s the son of Satan, despite being raised by the famous exorcist Father Fujimoto. Swearing to defeat Satan, Rin enrolls in True Cross Academy and embarks upon a journey to become an exorcist himself.

The third season of Blue Exorcist will premiere in Japan on January 6, 2024. Seasons 1-2 are now streaming on Crunchyroll.
