Only a few months remain until we finally return to Arrakis for the highly anticipated Dune: Part Two, and a new trailer for the film has just been released.

Dune: Part Two will pick up after the events of Dune (2021), continuing award-winning filmmaker Denis Villeneuve’s epic adaptation off Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel. Paul Atreides’ mythic journey goes on as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a path of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.

The film stars Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Dave Bautista, Christopher Walken, Léa Seydoux, Souheila Yacoub, with Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem.

Villeneuve directs Dune: Part Two from a screenplay written by himself and Jon Spaihts, based on Herbert’s novel.

Dune: Part Two will hit theaters on March 1, 2024.
