Prime Video isn’t feeling the love, as the streamer has cancelled its original series With Love after a brief two seasons. The news follows about six months after Season 2’s release. The romantic dramedy was created by One Day at a Time‘s Gloria Calderón Kellett, who also created The Horror of Dolores Roach for Prime, which sadly got cancelled after its debut season, as well.

With Love first debuted at the tail end of 2021 with a five-episode season. The series primarily focuses on siblings Lily and Jorge Diaz, both of whom navigate various life changes when it comes to family, work, and romantic relationships. While their stories are at the core of the show, audiences gained insight into their large family — immediate and extended — as they faced their own challenges and triumphs. Season 1 was set across five different holidays — Nochebuena, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Fourth of July, and Día de los Muertos — with each episode taking one of them.

With Love Season 2 picked up mere moments following the Season 1 finale, where viewers learned that one of the three main couples — Lily and Santiago, Jorge and Henry, and Sol and Miles — was getting engaged. Jorge and Henry were the lucky pair, and the six-episode season took place on major days as the couple planned their wedding and celebrated other life events. As the season, and now series, came to a close, Jorge and Henry got married. However, Santiago realized he was still in love with Lily after their breakup, and decided to finally commit in big ways to her. Unfortunately for Santi, Lily told her new beau and longtime best friend Nick that she wanted to marry him someday, with a kind of proposal being taken out of context from a distance.

With Love stars Emmeraude Toubia, Mark Indelicato, Isis King, Vincent Rodriguez III, Rome Flynn, Desmond Chaim, Todd Grinnell, Benito Martinez, Gloria Calderón Kellett, Constance Marie, Renee Victor, and Pepe Serna. Additional recurring and guest cast includes Andre Royo, W. Tré Davis, Julissa Calderon, Fernando Martinez, Birdie Silverstein, and more.

Both seasons of With Love are streaming now on Prime Video.
