Share

Square Enix announced that the November Update for FINAL FANTASY XI Online is available.

This month’s update included a new battlefield, changes to foes in Normal and Intense Ambuscades, and a new event — Vana’Bout — coming later in the month where players from all over the world can work together to accumulate enough points for special items as a reward for clearing special Record of Eminence objectives.

The new battlefield appears in the Aht Urhgan region featuring Flans while the foes in Normal and Intense Ambuscades have been swapped out with Poroggos and heartwings returning. In addition, the 2023 Login Campaign runs through December 2 at 6:00 a.m. Pacific. Players will receive points and exchange them for in-game items, including this month’s special item: Chocobo Chair II. Additional details about the November update and the Login Campaign are available across Square Enix’s platforms.

Additionally, join players around the world in a new co-op event later this month, Vana’Bout. Players will accumulate points by clearing Record of Eminence objectives and once the total number of points is reached on a global scale, all players will receive a prize.

Finally, FINAL FANTASY XIV Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida announced a 24-player alliance raid battle content that is planned for Dawntrail™, FINAL FANTASY XIV‘s upcoming fifth expansion pack. The new alliance raid, featuring FINAL FANTASY XI, is titled “Echoes of Vana’diel.” More details will be revealed at the upcoming FINAL FANTASY XIV Fan Festival 2024 in Tokyo scheduled for early January.
