New York Comic Con Announces Star-Studded First Wave of Guests

New York Comic Con is starting off with a bang announcing dozens of guests for its October show.

The headliners so far include Captain America himself Chris Evans and Obi-Wan Kenobi Ewan McGregor. Other Star Wars guests joining the lineup include our favorite trio of Mandalorians Katee Sackhoff, Simon Kassianides, and Mercedes Varnado. Along with the live-action stars from a galaxy far, far away, our Clone Wars heroes are joining us with Ashley Eckstein, Matthew Lanter, James Arnold Taylor, and Dee Bradley Baker.

Evans isn’t the only Marvel guest, a few of the Guardians of the Galaxy are on board with Karen Gillan, Sean Gunn, and Michael Rooker. Shameik Moore, Miles Morales from Into the Spider-Verse, will also be swinging his way through New York City to hang out at Javits Center through the weekend.

Finally, no event is complete without some pirates, and Rhys Darby, Con O’Neill, Vico Ortiz, Kristian Nairn, and Nathan Foad sailing in from Our Flag Means Death. Other notable guests include the legendary Tim Curry, John Carpenter, Zachary Levi, and Ron Perlman among many, many others.

Tickets are set to begin rolling out for VIP presale on May 31, 2023, at 10 a.m. ET. If you bought VIP in 2022, this sale is for you. Popverse Superfan Presale begins Friday, June 2 at noon ET. You can still purchase a Superfan membership to get in on this early access opportunity! If you rolled your Fan Verification over from last year before the deadline last month, set your alarm for Sunday, June 11 at 10 a.m. ET. And finally, General access is Wednesday, June 21 at noon ET. You will need to create a Fan Verification profile during the sale to purchase.
