After posting various stop-motion teasers on Instagram that showed what appeared to be a stuffed Rumple Buttercup arm, Matthew Gray Gubler has announced the release of a Rumple Buttercup merchandise line!
After teasing something “huggable” coming soon, there is a plush version of Rumple that includes a removable hat, a gold necklace, and pins. A portion of all proceeds will support One Step Beyond, an organization that helps support artists with intellectual disabilities.
In 2020, Gubler released his first book Rumple Buttercup: A Story of Bananas, Belonging, and Being Yourself. It quickly charted number one, making him a New York Times bestselling author. Earlier this year, he released a special heirloom edition that has a special note from both Gubler and Rumple.
