‘Brutally Honest’: CBS Comedy in Development, Ashley Tisdale Attached to Star

Ashley Tisdale is set to star in a semi-autobiographical comedy series from CBS, Brutally Honest.

Shot in a single-camera format, Brutally Honest dives into just how much parenthood can really change your world. Tisdale will also executively produce the project written and executive produced by Sarah Haskins and Emily Halpern, the duo that also worked on CBS’ Carol’s Second Act with Tisdale in 2019.

Brutally Honest marks Tisdale’s first small-screen project since Carol’s Second Act, most recently starring in Merry Happy Whatever and Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe.
